This Privacy Policy explains what information KHADOOM collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We designed KHADOOM for creative teams, and we want to be clear about how your data is handled.
1. Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect basic details such as your name, company name, email address, and the password you set. When you use the Service, we store the prompts, reference images, and generated outputs tied to your projects. We also collect standard diagnostic information (for example, browser type, device information, and timestamps) that helps us keep the Service healthy.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate and improve the Service, authenticate you, generate and deliver images, process payments, communicate important account messages, and protect KHADOOM and its users. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing and third parties
We share information with trusted service providers that help us run KHADOOM (for example, hosting, database, and AI model providers). These providers are only allowed to use your data to perform services for us, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
4. Storage and retention
Your account data and generated content are stored in secure, encrypted data centers. We retain this information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable window, unless we are required to keep it for legal or billing reasons.

6. Cookies and analytics
We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (for example, keeping you signed in) and to understand how the Service is used in aggregate. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

KHADOOM is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
