Terms of Service
Welcome to KHADOOM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KHADOOM Visuals AI platform, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accepting these Terms
By signing up for a KHADOOM account, clicking "I agree", or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that happens under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate, share, or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or that violates the privacy or publicity rights of others. You also agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass any part of the Service.
4. Content you create
You retain ownership of the prompts, reference images, and generated outputs you create with KHADOOM, subject to the rights you grant us to host and deliver the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any reference material you upload.
5. Plans, billing, and credits
Some features of the Service require a paid plan or a usage allotment (credits). Fees, billing cycles, and limits are described on your plan page or during checkout. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep KHADOOM fast and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside of our control. We do not guarantee specific generation results, uptime, or outcomes.
7. Termination
You can close your KHADOOM account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content ownership, liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KHADOOM and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll let you know through the Service or by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use KHADOOM after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
